Is an Adjunct Lecturer at CCMS. He is the Director of the Centre for AIDS Development, Research and Evaluation (CADRE) and is based in Johannesburg. His work includes quantitative and qualitative research in the HIV/AIDS field with a particular focus on media and communication. He is also an executive producer of the Tsha Tsha television series. He has studied in the areas of journalism, adult education and cultural and media studies, and his PhD research focuses on the role of ideology in HIV/AIDS research.
